Bubba Gump Sandgate brought together air conditioning, cold storage, beer dispensing, kitchen exhaust and electrical works in one coordinated restaurant refurbishment delivered through HVACR Group’s specialist businesses: Shelair, ACRO Refrigeration and Beer Works.

Scope delivered

Replaced 14 air-conditioning units
Built a new freezer room and cold room
Relocated an existing cold room from outside to inside
Installed the complete beer system from glycol unit to taps
Supplied and installed the kitchen hood, kitchen exhaust and associated ductwork
