What matters

Beer line installation must work as part of the whole dispense system.

A commercial beer system is a chain. Product temperature, line length, line diameter, elevation, gas pressure, cooling duty, font temperature and tap condition all influence the final pour. Treating one component in isolation can leave the venue with a technically repaired part but an unstable system.

Beer Works approaches beer line installation from the operating requirement backwards. We look at what products are being dispensed, expected peak trade, keg location, distance to the bar, available plant space, cleaning access and the existing refrigeration and electrical infrastructure. That gives the venue a design or repair scope that can actually be commissioned and maintained.

Typical scope

  • Site inspection and operating requirement
  • Assessment of product path, cooling and gas
  • Supply or replacement of commercial components
  • Installation with access for future maintenance
  • Pressure, temperature and pour-performance checks
  • Handover of faults or maintenance items identified

Design and service principles

Built around peak trade, not just a quiet test pour.

When to call

Signs the system needs more than an adjustment.

Recurring foam, warm beer, pressure instability, slow recovery after peak demand, noisy pumps, leaking fittings, frozen sections, inconsistent taps or repeated call-outs usually justify a broader system review. The underlying cause can be load, sizing, installation condition or a combination of refrigeration and dispense faults.

For existing venues we prefer measured evidence: keg-room temperature, glycol supply and return temperatures where applicable, regulator settings, tap behaviour, line condition and photographs of the plant. That allows the repair or upgrade to target the real constraint.

Project information that helps

  • Venue address and trading hours
  • Number of products and taps
  • Distance from keg storage to bars
  • Existing chiller, cool-room and gas details
  • Current symptoms or planned capacity
  • Opening or refurbishment deadline

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service

Can Beer Works repair existing beer line installation?

Yes. We assess existing commercial installations and can repair, replace or reconfigure components where practical. The first step is identifying whether the fault is local to the component or caused by the broader system.

Do you install new beer line installation?

Yes. New installations are scoped around product mix, service volume, keg location, cooling duty, line routing, gas and future maintenance access.

Can you coordinate refrigeration and electrical work?

Yes. Beer Works operates within HVACR Pty Ltd, which provides refrigeration, HVAC and licensed electrical capability alongside beer-system work.
