Planned maintenance
Quarterly and annual beer-system servicing.
Line cleaning is a separate service and is not included. Planned maintenance focuses on the dispensing, gas, glycol and refrigeration equipment that keeps the system operating correctly.
Quarterly
Quarterly beer-system service
- Check gas regulators, pressures, manifolds, hoses and accessible connections for condition and leaks.
- Inspect keg couplers, seals, FOBs, taps and fonts for wear and correct operation.
- Check glycol level, concentration and condition, supply and return temperatures and circulation.
- Check glycol pump operation and inspect accessible python and pipework insulation for leaks, damage or condensation.
- Check dispense temperature, pressure balance, flow and pour performance.
- Record system condition and identify repairs or components requiring attention.
Annual
Annual major service
- Complete all quarterly service checks.
- Clean the glycol chiller condenser and check airflow.
- Check chiller controller and setpoint, pump operation and refrigeration performance.
- Carry out a detailed inspection of couplers, taps, FOBs, seals, regulators and gas-system components.
- Test glycol concentration and condition and advise if replacement is required.
- Inspect the electrical condition of the glycol chiller and controls.
- Provide an overall system condition report with recommended repairs or replacement priorities.
Parts and repairs are additional.
Replacement parts, consumables and labour to repair or replace worn or failed components are not included in the service fee. Any additional work identified during servicing is reported and charged separately following client approval.
