Maintenance checklist
Daily and opening checks
- Confirm keg-room and plant temperatures are normal.
- Check gas supply and obvious regulator faults.
- Look for leaks, unusual pump noise or controller alarms.
- Check first pours from each bar for abnormal foam, temperature or flow.
Scheduled cleaning
- Clean product lines at the required frequency using the approved procedure and chemical.
- Clean and inspect taps, couplers and other product-contact components.

Monthly or planned service checks
- Inspect glycol level, concentration and circulation condition where relevant.
- Check chiller condenser cleanliness and ventilation.

Do not leave known problems until the day of a major function. Run the system under meaningful load, confirm cooling recovery and ensure critical consumables or common service parts are available.
